i believe your employee might stole the money and told you a lie to cove his butt however like i said earlier . i have a paid in full receipt..how can you refute that. you make no sense what so ever. your manager was put in the penitenary for drugs. connect the dots..your own employees told me this..i simply rest my case but plan to help others . we all must answer to God in the end. what will u say. just repent now and turn from doing bad business.

Its been a few years since i filed my complaint against mr transmission. I revisited this site because i was interested in seeing if mr trans. cleared theyre imagine. they have nt.
My address is the same. Rod claimed he tried to contact me. Fasle... This is for current victims. If you need help in your legal pursuit against Mr.Trasnsmission contact me .I have plenty of witnesses also. I was hoping Mr trans. restored its business integrity.
Rod i simply want to say i forgive you and your business practices. A good name is better than money. after reading current reports; simething must be done about this. in todays technology world we (customers) have power to voice our injustices via facebook ; twitter; linkedin and etc.
the consequences of fraud ; bad business or not posessing accountability is priceless. you loss reputation; money and trust.i ask that you make things right with your customers.

my address hasnt changed in ten years. they r lying though their teeth. i havent received 1 piece of mail from this company. i have my paid in full receipt with me now. my payment was one payment in full before they even finished the job. the payment they wanted was an bogus storage payment they want me to pay them for messing up my car after the fact i paid them. i told them i not moving my car until they give me a refund or fix my car correctly. im getting real pissed because i was patient with this company and they messed up my car i have an entire neighborhood behind me on this matter so my witnesses are about 20 people. i even gave a weekly report to the pastor of the church. they will not get awayt with this . whats disturbing is that if i sold by business for triple profit there is no way i would do this to any body especially a paid in full customer. i challenge this company to prove what they saying is true. i have documents and statements everything step by step. its amazing how far a company will go to cover the bad work they provide for customers. thank god for this web site. you can no longer hide behide your business. be responsible for what you say you can do.

Payment for Rich's Jaguar was not recieved for almost a year during which time we repeatedly contacted him. At this time (after many months, we stated that we would charge a storage fee if he did not pick up his car-- we care little about a storage fee but had no room at our facility and wanted paid for rebuilding the transmission) we also explained that he had both exhaust and engine problems and recieved his permission to run a engine dignostic. Again, after performing the work, we were unable to contact him, except in one instance when he sent a reletive to buy the car and pay our bill. His relative was not interested, and we repeatedly attemted to contact Rich over the next year. I believe at one point he called us and said he was not going to pay for the remainder of his bill or any storage fees. He contacted the BBB and we answered their questions. We decided the car was not worth filing for a title. We had a bill of 100.00 dollars dignostic plus not even a dollar a day for storage over the last two years, a total of 600.00. The bussiness was not sold but shut down. I have no information about former managers. The car was left to be towed away as junk since we were not going to pay to place it in storage. Rich couldn't/wouldn't pay his bill, wanted something for nothing.
