Catch a clue people. By using your credit card you are protected from this kind of scam. There is no need to cancel your credit card or except items you did not request or give permission to have sent to you. Even if the commericial says that this is a club and that they will be sending additional videos unless you agree to except and pay for them or they then send you a contract in the mail and you sign it they don't have a legal leg to stand on. Simply call your credit card company and have the charges they have placed on your card "charged back to the creditor" you have one year from the date of the original charge. Your charge card company will request some additional information from you to verify that you did not willing buy these items, them it is up to the creditor to prove you agreed to buy these items. You maybe required to send the video's back to the creditor at their expense of course, but generally the company won't even bother, and will definately not be sending you any additional videos.

Sounds like the people in the two responses I have read need to cancel their credit cards to get the charges to stop. The company will probably send some legal documents or just stop sending you unwanted products. Also, you let your libido and cheapness get the best of you. It would probably be better to either stop looking for these types of videos or fork over the 20 bucks.

You were not ripped off. You were too busy looking at the naked girls during the commercial to hear them say that you will recieve the videos for $9.99 and then you will continue to receive a new video each month. It is a video subscription that you may cancel at any time. I agree w/the other person's comment, you got the number from the commercial so call it again and cancel. Not to say that it doesn't suck that they charge your credit card instead of you getting a bill; w/out actually receiving a bill that you can write "CANCEL" on and send back makes it hard to cancel. (My Entertainment Weekly subscription is like that). Get the number from the commercial and cancel...good luck!

You said they don't have the phone number to MRA on the box. But obviously you got the phone number off of TV to call for the first order. Just watch the E channel during the Howard Stern show, the Girls Gone Wild commercial is on during that everynight. Just get the phone number from that and call them and tell them to stop sending you videos and stop charging your credit card. Jason, North Carolina
