I had a virus on my computer and called MS Service Group for advice. They told me that all the computers in my house had been infected through my internet connection. I paid them over $500.00 for service. They added Symantec to two computers and Malwarebytes to two computers.
I tried calling yesterday as Symantec is malfunctioning. No one answers the phone. I sent an e-mail to support as well. I had to install a different anti-virus program to my computer. I was never given a hard copy of the Symantec that I purchased from them, nor did they supply any paperwork for same.
