This company was recommended to me by a Firefix agent,  Firefox ran a scan and came up with problems that i had with my software and told me that I needed a Microsoft certified tech.  Thye offered to hook me up with a company after telling me about them.  I was then transferred to MS Service Group. 

After working 12 plus hours (over two different days) on my comuter - remotely they told me there was a problem with my credit card and they billed me twice. And that their bank and mind could not link together so i needed to go to Western Union.  I got suspicious as they had not fixed my computer either. When in fact they billed my credit card twice.  Once for 199.99 and then 260.60.  The later charge was denied by my credit card company.

I told them I was done with them and they keep calling me for three days for more  money.

I took my computer to Staples and found out that they basically stripped my computer even something call administrator ............

It cost me 160.00 for Staples to fix my computer including reloading everything.  Thank goodness I had a backup external drive.

My friend told me she had the same thing happen to her.  With Firefox.  So it appears that there is someone in FireFox that is sending business their way and messing up computers.  Firefox is so big I do not know who to contact there and have someone listen to this story.  I have evrything well documented from the first day on. 

I tried to get a refund but they just argued with me.  So 200.00 down the drain.  I am retired and on fixed income.
