I had the same problem recently when I changed to msn one plan. I took care of the problem pretty easy. I too got the run-around from Customer Service for 4 months of double billing. They lied in all sorts of ways. I do the same thing as the conpanies do NOW. Every conversation with any company is NOW recorded with a telephone & cassette recorder you can buy inexpensively from Radio Shack.( The law says 1 of 2 parties must know they are being recorded--ME). My proof when Customer Reps are lying. Then I filed a complaint with my banks VISA department who went after them. It was amazing how fast MSN refunded my money into my account after the bank investigated my account, especially after all the lies and time the Reps put me off. Third, I write down all time and who I spoke with,and Ext.# and conversations on paper that I have and leave it in a file. I hope this will help. If all else falls I send a nice letter(Several) to the State Attorneys Office--Which now in Arizona has a really good State Attorney-By the People for the People!
