That's a ZERO just make you give one star its not deserved!! Service manager yelled at me like a idiot not professional service because they couldn't push their salvage yard junk on me for retail market price. My deal was made at & with Regal when I got caught in this unprofessional cat fight, they took my sale from regal closed my account.
Got my $2000 down payment & split partnership not performing repairs on work order due to shop closed. A trip to Al to get my tag that they provided no paperwork so no tag as well as not contacted of any of this until June 3 as I had appointment since May 4 for due revert check as I was on my way to hospital for colonoscopy suffer complications of colon cancer, worried that drive off tag would be expired next day I learn of situation I'm in.
Stole my money tried to force me to buy from them when I never walked on their lot to be screwed over. All I asked was for my money back NOT GOING TO TRADE WITH DISRESPECTFUL UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS. A CUSTOMER(S) SHOULD NEVER BE INVOLVED IN DEALERS BUSINESS. & THEN APPLY FORCE 5 MEN TO PRESSURE ME AT MMAS, & 2 LIARS AT CA 2 DAYS WASTED LOOKING AT JUNK THEY GIVE ME A RIDE HOME KEPT CAR & MY HARD EARNED MONEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH CAC .
TO MEMPHIS OFFICERS WHO TOOK THEIR SIDE ADMITTED THEY WERE IN GOOD TOGETHER , SAID ITS CIVIL I SAY CRIMINAL LOOKS LIKE WE'RE BOTH RIGHT & THIS IS NOT OVER!! LOW LIFE FOLKS WITH WORE OUT SH*T ON LOT DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY YOU WILL PAY 4-5 YEARS FOR AUTO THAT MAY RUN 6 MONTHS !
