MTNSTORE is a Rip Off they never delivered my products or Refund my Credit Card Georgia Albany Georgia
On April I placed an order with MTNStore.com, 3 items I ordered and two of them were shiiped to me a month after and my third item which was $403.00 item value wasn't sent so I called them and after many attempts in reaching some one I finally got some one to speak with and my item was in backorder that on the following Monday it would be in stock and ready to ship. Next Monday and nothing at all so I called and canceled because again I got the same fonly lie that on the following Monday it would shipped, that it was still in backorder and bla,bla,bla. So I canceled it and oh no the nightmare got even worst, another month for my credit which never happened. These people are fraud, they lied to me constantly that my credit was being processed and nothing happened. I emailed them many times , called, left messages and they never had the courtesy of calling back. Whenever I got a hand of someone on the phone they came with the excuse that it takes 3 - 5 business days to reflect on my account, then a week after I call again and the excuse was that they were changing of Merchant accounts like if that was my problem. I wanted my credit back thats it because after a long wait and not having my merchandise delivered the least I need is excuses. This is no way of treating customers and apparently they dont care because thats the way they make their money by scamming people, giving them excuses so the 3 months of the possibility of placing a chargeback dispute expires. MTN STORES is a SCAM!!! Their items are the cheapest because they don't exist. Don't shop at this place unless you enjoy being scammed!!!
