MULLEN FINANCE PLAN MULLEN FINANCE PLAN ,MULLEN BROTHERS. Criminal Liability for Preparing False Proofs of Service Santa Ana, California
Mullen Finance Plan: Prepared and filed with the Superior courts of Orange County a "FALSE PROOF OF SERVICE" Stating that I was served with Small Claims documents in PERSON! by one of their employees., When in fact I do not reside at the address where they served this documents.
California proofs of service are made under penalty of perjury, so in this case what MULLEN FINANCE PLAN has done is PREPARED FALSE DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE, a violation, under penalty of perjury,and to allow it to be produced for a fraudulent and deceitful purposes, as genuine and true, and allowing it to be filed with the court.
I will be moving forward with a lawsuit against Mullen Finance Plan! for
Filing a False or Forged Instrument with the court under California PC 115(c)

Hi there the same exact thing happened to me. Are you aware that there is class action against K street FInance, and Mullen but if they get a judgment against you they pay nothing to you in class action from what I read. They did not serve me also I live 75 miles away. worked 7pm to 7am. They are loan sharks and full of fraud they even took insurances policy forced placed to my loan then when they car got wrecked the insurance company claims mullen took the entire sum and put towars my loan,,now what kind of s**t is that so my bumper was never repaired.
I told them to come get car in 2014 they did 2 years later they did not serve me went to court, and lied, I recd nothing no notice of judment nothing, they won 2000 on a 1999 meecedes 500 ML with bumper torn off, processed the payment for the month they claim repo and I surrender, because I got sick of them changing my payment from 320 to 580. They are just gangsters running that business I hope they all go to jail for fraud.
They now access my credit placing a hard inquiry on my record along with a charge off...lol...but they already got a judment and how do you get a charge off filed in 2017 when you sued the year before and got judgement....they need to go down I am going to fight them now and sue them for damages....now I have a FTA warrant...for no reason $2000 bail. I am a nurse I do not defy the law. are they kidding.
