I vey much Regret that I haven't checked you Properly before I hired you, Now I am Positive that you've never had a satisfied client, I can also assure you that your company is not going to live long, Simply because Good Standing Business does not live on Discriminating against customers and Ripping Off their good memory like what you did to my Daughter, my family and my guests, by Shocking all of us coming to our party with your Very Arrogant and Rude attitude Twisting our arms, Threatening my husband and I to pay you all balance in Cash (Upfront or Else) We paid you because we didn't want to Disappoint our child and Ruin a Memory she had long waited for, but you went ahead and Ruined it for her anyway:
-Showed No Respect at all to our Culture, our Guests or even our children Using Profanity language that many people heard it from you throughout the party and will Testify.
-Very Poor DJ Performance by the (President of the Company)
-Charged for an MC that did not exist.
-Charged for a Professional Photographer that you claimed you paid him already, while he never existed as well.
-Promised my daughter a Two large Plasma screens as you were going to have it in you van anyway, and all she gets is a very Poor Quality screen that some people commented that it looks like you got it from a Garage Sale ( How Embarrassing)
-Insisted on going around Unnecessarily taking Unprofessional pictures (leaving the DJ Stand empty most of the time) to put them on a Website that really speaks for itself that it doesn't Justify the Payment you got for it and it could defiantly ruin your Photography Career.
-Didn't care to follow up with us after the party and instead of making sure that we get the Video DVD and the Photo CD (with a release to print) that we paid you for Upfront, you Ignored us never returned our many phone calls insisting that I have to pick the stuff up from your location clamming that I said you work from Home, first of all I never said that and it was never any my of concerns you're the one who told me that the address on your contract was you home address (another uncalled for Punishment) and then I had to pay for shipping the DVD and the Photo CD or I can just (Bang my Head on wall) because your level of Business Professionalism to hang up on another one of you Unsatisfied Customers.
-Then and after all comes the biggest Disappointment of all, there is no Photo CD's and out of more than 5 hours event we have less than 45 minutes of chapter 1 DVD that showed only back, heads and hands of people and missed out on almost 75% of the event, Once more Unprofessional poor quality service that it doesn't Justify what was paid for it and another live proof of a Business Owner and a President of a Company (Jonathan J. Cavalea) who thinks it is Clever to Betray customers Just because they trusted him and paid him Upfront (Hit and Run) type of Business.
I am Very Sorry I met you, trusted you and did business with you, also sorry to let you know that this Report will go everywhere and through every consumer protection Chanel so to stop you from doing it to another family

Thank you Music To Your Ears for a spectacular wedding. It was truly a day that my fiance (now husband) and I will never forget. My friends and family still speak about my wedding and it brings a smile to my face. Never did I think that I would have received everything and more at my wedding and that's because of you guys. Thank you to your staff,DJS,MC and all who were involved in making my day one that we'll never forget.

I used Music To Your Ears for my Sweet 16 and I honestly cant believe what I'm reading. My Sweet 16 was fanominal. Everything went as planned.
I am booking them for another event i am having. The DJ and MC were amazing. All of my friends were up and dancing.
It was just like My Super Sweet 16 by the time we knew it the party was over. :( This is the only company i would use for any party.

To whom this may concern. Music To Your Ears, has performed at my school functions for the past 8 years, 3 events a year.
I was doing a google search and came across this add, and I just cannot believe someone would take the time to slander a company on google.
After reviewing your add I had to call Jon up and ask him how this was possible, and his response to was was, well Emily, you know how we perform and how we operate. Unfortunately we cannot please anyone even when you try to fit the person budget. I now understand it is not our job here at MTYE to fit budgets anymore, all it does is create problems.
I behalf of Mephom High School, Merrick High School, Sacheam High School, & Mt Sinai High School I can vouch that this was a misunderstanding, but anyone can state there opinion, if you do search or do your research MTYE has (2) complaints in 10 years of doing business and this is (1) complain the other will be a web designer that, seems to be upset and did the same thing.
After speaking to Jon, he thinks he realizes who this client is and will confront her and resolve the issue if the event is who he think he provided the following:
DJ
MC
Lighting
Photography
Videography
$1000.00
Can someone say unbeatable price?
Our school dances we run which are fundraisers accumulate $1200.00 per dance and our prom is $3500.00 Just for MTYE DJ!
But again, if you did your research nothing would have came up on MTYE accept a previous web designer form 2006.
I am sorry if this offended anyone, after working with MTYE for the amount of years I have I could not look at this add any longer, again you cannot please everyone nor can you always assist people with price breaks.
