Music_media ripoff Miami Florida
on 09/10/2006 I went to amazon.com and purchased an xbox game(new)from music_media for $19.49(plus $3.49 S&H).On 09/12/2006 they charged it to my debit card.Amazon.com confirmed this and guaranteed the seller would ship no later than 09/13/2006(3-5 days standard shipping).When it hadn't arrived by 09/19/2006 I sent an email to music_media.It was then that music_media sent a confirmation email to tell me my item had been shipped on 09/19/2006.Next I received another email telling me my item would arrive on 09/23/2006.When it had not arrived by 09/25/2006 I emailed them again and was told it would arrive within 24 hours.After that deadline passed I demanded a refund.On 09/27/2006(much to my surprise)a refund was issued.The problem is music_media told amazon.com that the item had been returned when in fact it had never been sent.
