I have requested to cash in my policy that my father had on me from birth. They send some papers to sign and I did and returned them. Then on 11/7/16 they sent me another papers to fill out a Policy Value Request because declined because a porperly completed so I submit the papers they sent to me on 11/14/16. I called them today, 12/8/16 and talked to customer service and she didn't know anything and will send a letter but I called the number for Mutal Saving and Life Insurance. I can't understand why they refuse to send the money that I had fill out everything they sent to me twice.
