Mutual Financial Services Vaness Wilson,Laura Michael They sent us a check for 4880.00 and said we had won the lottery and wanted us to deposit it and send them a check for 2975.00 we started looking for the bank for which it was made from and called to see if it was a good check and it was not the person at the bank said it was a scam that has been going on for 2 years they get calls every day and they cant do any thing. Morriston Ontario
We where sent a check for 4880.00 and was told we had won the De-lotto Switzerland Sweepstakes.They sent us serial # and every thing.We were so excited they said we won 250000.00.
So we called the number they gave us to call and a ladie told us to deposit the check and call her back when we do that.then she said once yyou do that you need to Western Union us 2975.00 for taxes.
Thank god we found the bank online and called them to see if the check was good the guy at the bank told us that this was a scam and that it had been going on for 2 years and there was nothing they could do about it because the bank was puplic nolage.
What a Ripoff just think of the elderly people out there that get this letter and they deposit the check and send the money they tell you to,that could be there live saving or medican money.Oh and the guy at the bank said this was being done out of Nigeria.This is not right how come the FBI or someone hasent stopped this mess.I steel have the check and letter if anyone knowes what i can do with it to get this stopped please let me know.
