My husband and I own a small shower enclosure installation company. I was contacted by leisure incentives several months ago to do a gas rebate promotion with them. We paid up front for 150 rebates to pass on to each customer who purchased a shower enclosure. The rebate is supposed to take six to eight weeks for the customer to receive it. We are now starting to get calls from angry customers who have not received there checks. I tried calling the company and got no answer so I started doing research on the web when I came across many articles and complaints about the company. I can only assume that in addition to the several thousand dollars we paid up front for this promotion, we will now be paying some of our customers cash to keep them happy.
