Hi, i read the rebutal which is hard to believe given the last email i received form this company, all i know is that they have been posting under my account, i have the proof of that, they have been posting hundreds of ads the past year on several of my accounts. I have lost business due to the fact that i couldn't use the accounts which were already full each time i logged in, i cannot estimate my lost but i can tell you it reprensents a couple of thousands of dollars.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

This individual is sorely mistaken in their claims that I used their accounts for my own benefit. Their actual conflict is with a company called New Dimensions Online Marketing Group www.NDOMG.com. I am a customer of NDOMG, and pay them a fee for a specific number of ads to be place on craigslist on my behalf. Apparently Sandrine Samperi at LanguaWorld www.LanguaWorld.com of NY, NY also used NDOMG to purchase individual craigslist accounts for their advertising needs. It is my understanding that NDOMG mistakenly used accounts that they had sold to LanguaWorld, in order to fulfill my order of ads. I don't purchase craigslist accounts, I merely pay NDOMG a large fee for a specific number of ads... usually 900 or more and have them place the ads on my behalf. I am merely a customer of NDOMG and have no negligence what-so-ever in regard to LanguaWorld's conflict ragarding the misuse of their purchased accounts by NDOMG. I am writing this rebuttal because I take accusations and attacks on my name and character very seriously. I will not allow and ignorant, not tempered individual from LanguaWorld defame my name and character with clear libel such as this. To illustrate the absurdity of this situation, I will paste exact passages from Email communications between myself, LanguaWorld and NDOMG into this rebuttal. Of course I will not include Email addresses persuant to the terms of use of ripoffreport.com. The following chronological report of correspondence exhibits how quick LanguaWorld was to accuse me of wrong-doing without investigating with the appropriate party, NDOMG first. I first responded with concern and a willingness to help and resolve the situation in anyway I can. I later became aware of details that simply infuriated me. I made LanguaWorld aware of how I felt about their accusations and actions towards me considering the circumstances. Apparently their only way of responding was to commit libel on a public forum such as this with the intent of inflicting financial damages resulting from negative publicity on the internet. From Sandrine Samperi Friday March 27, 2009 8:25PM stop using my ads to post on CL, i deleted every ad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From Matthew Wilson to Sandrine Samperi Saturday March 28, 2009 11:48AM Hello Sandrine, I sincerely apologize if this is happening. I do not post my own ads. I instead pay a rather high monthly fee to an autoposting company called NDOMG www.ndomg.com to post my ads twice a day in 15 US cities. I'm not sure of how they do what they do or where they get their accounts, but I would direct any complaints to them or craigslist in general as I have no control over the situation other than the fee I pay them for them for the service. Additionally, the ad image you have provided is not a part of my current campaign so that is concerning to me as well. I will investigate on my own, but would appreciate if you could please alert me to any other instances like this in the future. How long has this been happening? Any information will assist me in resolving the situation quickly. Thank you for the heads up. I'll do what I can to stop it. Best regards, Matthew Wilson Graphic Designer From Matthew Wilson to Sandrine Samperi Saturday March 28 3:16PM For a month and I couldn't post, so please have them stop immediately or I will sue for loss of business. From Matthew Wilson to NDOMG Saturday March 28 11:55AM Hi Jason, Could you please provide an explanation to the below complaint I've just received. I need to know what is going on here and how long it has been happening. I'm investigating with LanguaWorld as well at the moment and need to get this straight in a hurry. This looks really bad. For myself as well as you folks as the company hired to do my posting. Thanks Matthew Wilson Graphic Designer From Jason at NDOMG to Matthew Wilson Saturday March 28 2:00PM We are trying to figure this out also just ignore it, we have already contacted this person to get it straightened out. From Matthew Wilson to Sandrine Samperi Saturday March 28 8:50PM Hello Sandrine, I've been told they are trying to figure out what happened and have contacted you about it. Is this accurate? www.NDOMG.com is the url of the organization New Dimensions Online Marketing Group. I'm sure any threat of litigation in that direction will get the response you are looking for. While I investigate whether or not they owe me anything, I wish you luck in resolving the issue with them. Regards, Matthew Wilson Graphic Designer From Sandrine Samperi to Matthew Wilson Saturday March 28 8:53PM No not true, nobody contacted me, trust me they know what they are doing, they are posting for you and 8 more companies under 5 of my accounts. If that happens again, next time I will email my attorney regarding this issue, From Sandrine Semperi to Matthew Wilson Saturday March 28 8:54PM You deal with them, not me, nobody contacted me, that is your problem as your ads figure on my accounts, I may sue you if anything, not them, all your contact info are all over my accounts. From Matthew Wilson to Sandrine Samperi Saturday March 28 9:28PM Look, I'm terribly sorry about all of this. Not because I assume any responsibility whatsoever, but because I genuinely feel bad that these people have done this to you. I am however, merely a customer who has paid for a service. I have receipts totaling nearly $2000 to prove it. I will pull all of my ads and drop craigslist marketing completely if I have to. Please don't threaten me though. I'm very understanding, cooperative and willing to help as long as the same courtesy is extended to me. Matthew Wilson Graphic Designer From Sandrine Samperi to Matthew Wilson Saturday March 28 10:40PM Well do something then and have these scammers stop that scam immediately! From Matthew Wilson to NDOMG Saturday March 28 10:42pm Ok They've indicated they have not been contacted and it's tough to ignore when they're threatening with legal action. Perhaps there is a problem with more than one individual. Matthew Wilson Graphic Designer From Sandrine Samperi to Matthew Wilson Saturday March 28, 10:48PM And excuse me but $2000 campaign on CL, it is a big scam, I am in the web design industry as well aside from the school and I can tell you it is a scam big time. From Matthew Wilson to Sandrine Samperi Saturday March 28 11:12PM I'll do what I can. I've already considered filing a fraud complaint with my creditor for every transaction I've made with them. I'll keep you in the loop regarding my progress. Best, Matthew Wilson Graphic Designer From Sandrine Samperi to Matthew Wilson Saturday March 28 11:14PM Yes you should do so, it is definitely a scam. I am sorry for being so upset, but I have multiple accounts and a lot of them are being used from other companies, not only yours, I could definitely give you tips on how to post for very little expense. From Matthew Wilson to Sandrine Samperi Sunday March 29 12:39AM Sandrine, That statement is simply absurd. That $2000 is a total over nearly 11 months. I usually purchase 900 ads posted in 15 US cities twice daily for $420. From that investment I get on average 2 telephone or email inquiries daily while my campaigns are running. The service I've been provided is certainly not a scam and has generated phenomenal revenue which has made the investment very low cost, but today I've obviously discovered something quite shady about how they get their accounts. I assure you that I do take this seriously and will act accordingly. I find your scam comments and tone to be incredibly insulting, so now my tone is going to change. I am currently working with Grant Communications, a highly regarded and very successful SEO and web development firm in Massachusetts. I know my way around. I am not a web designer and I designed www.mw-creative.com to serve as my web presence, which has received great design reviews in terms of appearance and function. I'm also a Sr. CADD Designer, skilled illustrator, GIS analyst and have produced conceptual renderings for one of the fastest growing Architecture and Engineering firms in the world. All of this is well and good of course, but I don't see how qualifications or accolades of any kind would make one more adept at detecting a scam. Your being in the web design industry speaks nothing to your ability to sniff out a scam of any sort. I am OCD when it comes to due diligence about any matter I'm involved in, so I'm confident that I don't and won't get scammed. I'm not interested in knowing what capacity you are involved with the web design industry, the context in which you used that extremely generalized statement makes you sound terribly petty. I've mentioned my own qualifications, skills, certifications, etc only to make this point. Again, best of luck. I have no more time to waste discussing the matter. I'm sure you'll have a response to this, but save yourself the time. Languaworld.com will be added to my spam filter in a few moments because I'm not interested in reading any additional nonsense. I find it comical that you so quickly accused and threatened someone while fully aware that you previously purchased accounts through NDOMG and that the party responsible for the mix up was more than likely NDOMG. Thank you so much for this little writing adventure that has wasted an hour of my time. I now support NDOMG in this matter and will slam your ripoffreport claim as soon as I have time. Perhaps posting a transcript of our correspondence today would illustrate what a complete knob you've acted like. This is a terrible way to approach and attempt resolving problems. Matthew Wilson Graphic Designer End of Transcript The point in all of this is that a ton of my time was wasted in one day because of this person and their threats when the real problem was between them and NDOMG. I am in now way negligent and accept no responsibility for the actions of NDOMG. I believe I made myself fairly clear in my correspondence in regards to my willingness to at least investigate the situation from both sides. Now I'm left with an opportunity to sue one party for Libel and the other for Fraud. Perception is reality and I will never let anyone display my name in a bad light for no good reason and and allow them to get away with it. Now I'm left with an opportunity to file a libel suit with one party and fraud with the other. Hooray for me!
