MWI Connections, MWI Homeswork, MWI Essentials ripoff, fraudulent billing, deduction from bank account, almost unnoticeable withdrawls Atlanta Georgia
I was reviewing my August bank statement and noticed a withdrawal for a company named MWI Connections. I asked my husband about the amount and he had no idea what it was for.
Since the amount was for only $12.95 we decided that it was nothing to worry about, until we got an activity print out of our bank account recently and another $12.95 had been withdrawn by the same company.
Upon investigation, I found that this company has been reported more than 200 times for doing similar deduction to other people. I do not see how this company can stay in business by doing something so blatantly wrong.
I am going to my bank to try to get the matter taken care of and I have called the company and they said that I had made the authorization to have to money deducted from my account. I do not see how this can be when I have never heard of the company until they started taking money from my account.
Keep an eye on your bank accounts and credit card accounts because this amount was so small that at first we just wrote it off as an over looked authorized deduction. Investigating the matter proved otherwise.
