MWI Connections rip off illegal use of credit card Omaha Nebraska
An amount of $149.95 appeared on our credit bill from MWI. We never authorized this. When calling the company, they said it was authorized by phone by my husband a year ago. Going back over records, I had missed two other charges in the past year. They charged $119, and $96 dollars, that I just missed on our bills.
I asked how they got our credit card number, and they said my husband gave it to them. He vehemently says he never authorized this. We do not order products, or pay for them over the phone. I have never even heard of this company before. I had to ask them what they sold.
I said we have never received anything from your company. They said they sent an introduction package. We have never received anything. I can send a dispute form to our credit card company, and they said they would not charge us the $149.95, but I don't feel safe anymore, and I don't think we will ever see the $119 and $96 dollars again.
