Another update. Received three separate notices for each dispute we filed from our credit card company for charges by MWI Simple Escapses. MWI did as they said they were going to and credited our account. A copy of the letter from the credit card company is below all three letters read the same. Thank you for your inquiry regarding the $12.95 transaction from MWI*SIMPLE ESCAPES2 877-362-3067 CT billed to your account. In researching this transaction, we have found that the merchant issued a credit of $12.95 on November 18, 2004. Sincerely, Alfredo HCSFN5 Household Bank Customer Care Billing Dispute Department 2158819NOV04 All three charges have been credited back to my husbands credit card.
