I contacted this company China Freight Co. Limited online as they were the most cost effective in shipping my raw materials from Shanghai to Miami by Air Freight. They quoted me a few options 2-3 days $2500 and 5-7 days $2200. I confirmed that my products would be picked up and shipped to me in Miami BY AIR and will be received in 5-7 days.
Once China Freight Co. Limited gets hold of your products you will be lucky to see them again. AS THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS AND FRAUDS THAT STEAL YOUR GOODS AND MONEY.
I contacted them via email 5 days later to confirm the goods were in transit and asking for Bill of Lading and all documents I would need to release them once they arrived in customs in Miami. NOt only were my goods NOT in transit they had shipped them to CANADA and told me it was being sent in a truck to Miami. MIND YOU I PAID FOR AIR FREIGHT!!
21 days later I am still waiting on my goods that I paid 5-7 days for to arrive by AIR.
China Freight Co. Limited makes no effort to stand behind their service as they could care less about any times or dates or speed of delivery that you PAY FOR. Their goal is to give you any low ball amount for delivery and once you pay and they get your goods you will NOT SEE the goods in any timely fashion and they ship it anyway they see fit.
NOW 30 days later I finally call customs, file numerous complaints and finally get the goods cleared. ALL OF THE RAW MATERIALS ARE DAMAGED.
The shipping company said due to the fact that the products had to be re packaged and transfered many times there is no way to find out which transit company did the damage.
If China Freight Co. Limited had picked up my products and sent them by plane in the same condition it was packaged by the company I purchased them from they would still be in the pallets and in the same condition. But THE FRAUDULENT company China Freight doesnt care about your goods being manipulated, rearranged, repackahed and broken down many times by many different companies in an effort to make money from you.
If I hadnt gotten US CUSTOMS involved and file numerous Complaints against them I would of never seen my goods. I had to track it down myself as China Freight Co. Limited didnt even know where they were at anytime.
China Freight is a SCAM, A FRAUD, AN UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY LOOKING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND GOODS.
AIDA, MARY and everyone there should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to people.
US CUSTOMS stated I am not the only person they do this too and are making strides to SHUT THEM DOWN.
BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHINA FREIGHT
