This bad breeder suckered me too. She claims her dogs are stolen or die for unknown reasons. It's because they have parasites and others she sold had luxating patellas. She also has been known to take deposits on puppies then tell the person the pup died and never return their money. The puppy never died, she sold it to a higher bidder. Stear clear of this woman. Even check her website. It sayd due to illness they didnt have dogs from November to present. It's because all her lines are infected. She also alters her pedigrees and sayd she has permission from a man that died a year ago to sell his Champion Lines. Bottom line she is unethical and should be put in jail or turned into the IRS. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD.

I'm appalled that a person can be harassed so openly by someone...that anyone with a brain can see...is only out to hurt Kimberly Hinkle both professionally and personlly!! And with no repercussions!!?? Can you spell "Defamation of Character"? Yes....that repercussion is actively being pursued. So how do "I" know what I'm talking about? I've known Kim for 30 years and have been helping her out professionally for about a year now. I'm not going to go into to much detail about this Yorkie line and that Yorkie line. That's not what this is about. All this trash talk is nothing but a very mentally unhealthy person angry with Kim over things that have absolutely nothing to do with her Yorkies. The person in question doesn't even own one! And to disclose so much of Kim's personal information is just outright wrong and dangerous to her!! Tell me...what does Kim's fiancee who owns one of the oldest "dive" bars that so many people in Sacramento love...and the fact that she's making a living working there helping run it....have anything to do with her dog business? Or if her fiancee's sick or not!!?? He kicked this person out of his bar himself and with how the economy is these days...he must have a d**n good reason to lose someone's business! I have witnessed the harassement by this person since the begining of the year. Phone calls every few minutes all night long on both Kim's & her fiancee's cell and at work. The disgusting vulgar voicemail messages and even trying to say she's being harassed by someone from Kim's work. This is only a small part of the harassment I've seen & heard!! As far as Kim treating her dogs (or any animals for that matter) poorly in any way shape or form is just ridiculous. Kim Loves and Adores her dogs! (Just ask her fiancee! LOL) And of course anyone that knows her at all....knows this! She has TRIED to build a business with her Yorkies out of her love for them! I have witnessed the heartache and tremendous stress the last year has taken on her. She did receive a sick dog and I SAW it! She lost that dog and others because of it! She's put herself in debt taking care of all her dogs! A person who doesn't care about their dogs would never do that. She truly cares about them and has done a great job handling all that has happened. Of course I saved the best for last! LOL The comments about Kim's house and dogs living conditions being disgusting and unclean was absolutely comical to me!! I fell over laughing and clearly shows this person attacking Kim hasn't a CLUE! Again....I've known her for 30 years and people with that kind of history have "inside jokes". I'll let you in on ours.....2 words! PINE-SOL!! YEP I can never smell pine-sol and not think of Kim!! (NO kidding!) It always takes me back to when I first met Kim because she always cleans her house with pine-sol. Since then she's owned her own cleaning business and...if ANYONE knows Kim....you know just how clean she is and how hard she works keeping things that way! So....hopefully this clears things up and this website goes back to being what I would imagine they set it up to be...a legitamate place people can go to inform others of unethical people. Not SLANDER them for their own personal gain because their mentally disabled. If this person has been so burned by Kim WHY? are they hiding behind different screen names and not saying who they are? I am witing on behalf of Ms. Hinkle and her Fiance. These Reports are Lies ....... Ms. Hinkle and Mr. Crudo, are seeking help from their Attorney cocerning these Vicious lies. The same woman, whom was kicked out of Their Establishment has nothing better to do than write these sick stories. If you note the reports are at the crack of dawn. It is noted that both recieve phone calls ALL night long from this very sick Alcholic, whom, has mental issues as seen on here and Yorkie Talk, this peron will call both phones, every miute of the night, from 1am to 6am, just playing phone games and aparantly on Drugs and drunk. If you do a search on yorkietalk DOT com for my Elegant Paws, Kim Hinkle or Meadowland Yorkies, you will be able to see that everything nasty about Kim she has deserved. I am from her neighborhood and I have partied at the bar she works at 24 and 7 and I partied at her house and saw the filth and disgusting ways she treated all her dogs. They fought they were mean barking NONstop peeing everywhere i dont think she cleans the one big cage outside it is sick. She shouldnt be an owner and she sure as hell should not breed. I have called animal control so many times. If her boyfriend didnt know me and my family I would have stolen those dogs from her. her boyfriend is very sick and he owns the Trap and he does not work there anymore. she is there every day and night stealing from him and then comes home high on drugs and ignores the dogs. it is sick. Also on the other site she has like all these different user names then says she is a friend or customer and Ms Hinkle is an angel and a victim. It is actually Kim logging in on different names. There is not one person who will back her. I talked to the one person who Kim says can say good things and even that person laughs and says she really shouldnt bring my name into it because everything is true. She wont even stick up for her! If you look at the person defending "MS HINKLE" on here dont you notice the same type of writing and capitalizing stupid stuff like Kim does when she types. Bottom line she is sick. In it for money. She would sell you a dead dog if she could take your money and run! She is a broker and a puppy mill sick person. when she "gives" her dogs away she gives them to her daughter to sell for her. when I was a regular and always talked to her I asked all the time when she had puppies and she was constantly having them and they were dying. Whenever she brought a pup around its skin was so sad. they had fleas and everything else. When I told her she needed to spend more time with the pups or get a helper, she "cut me off" and wouldnt speak to me and now has this hatred from nowhere. all because I know the truth and have seen it in her own house and thinks she is wrong. do not buy from her. Again I was told of more posts here on Rip Off Report. I am BLAIMING, The People whom I trusted ,and they RIPPED Me Off. as far as the Champion being on my web site and was as wonderful as sliced bread, I was EXPECTING Just that. To be disappointed, and totally spent over the Whole Ordeal. And as I told a Helpful Person whom has informed me of these posts, I have not said any thing concerning my dealings with Melindas Yorkies or Heavenly Terriers, it has gotten to be RIDICLOUS, the lengths some one or two have gone to,The Obvious, and Truth is, All Yorkie Owners and Breeders have to start some where and TRUST, they are getting a Healthy Dog. In My Ventures over the years All I have asked for is the Truth, as MY MONEY was GOOD, and expect a GOOD HEALTHY ANIMAL for MY GOOD MONEY....The people who got over on me know who they are, I dont need to mention any names, I wouldnt DESTROY their reputation like others have tried to do to me. I have been looking for my Yorkshire Terrier and came across this web site , in it seemed very clear this Individual has spent alot of time and Energy and Passion to, Breed these Dogs. But I also viewed the reports on here. And I did my own home work. Ms. Hinkle is an Individual whom has been and is a victum of some Un Fortunates, whom 1. either have a personal issue with her and want to hurt her. via her Yorkies, or 2 other Breeders who are in competion with her. I wrote a rebutal to another such claim. Why am I taking the time in her defense, I was shown all documentation to support the TRUTH. She and Heavenly Terriers are not Brokers, And as for Stardust Yorkies, As it is Clear, ther is Nothing on her wb site saying they are peaches and Cream. I inquired of her dealings, with this Breeder ofn30 plus years and of this post. She said she was elated to recieve this Champion, from them. HOWEVER... The poor dog was very very sick, and needed IMMIDEATE, Medical help, All vet bills to support this. Imn my opionion, and this is just my Opinion, Ms. Hinkle decided to breed and raise Yorkshire Terriers, she was too trusting, in many cases. She NEVER has said or wrote her dogs from Simbas pride were ugly. I believe the dogs came from Nevada and she met them in a Parking lot, she must have thought they were cute. The point is she bred 2 and had these dogs vet cked before breeding them, she had 2 litters and ALL pups were vet cked and micro chipped, the other females that were not suited for breeding were spayed and givin away to Homes of caring people. As far as Melinda, she said they are friends and, work together. She said she and Heavenly Terriers were friends and have helped each other out. The Truth seems to be how would a person in Illinois know how long she works at a buisness, or how much time she spends with her dogs. And Kim isnt stating these RUMORS............ The Rumors are from, People who clearly have a personal issue. Kim Hinkle told me of the Hooror story with the Champion and the vet bills and a couple other storuies of her being taken and not Compensated for these Breeders Breeding Ethics, and Personal, ETHICS. So Blamming other Breeders........ Hummmm These Breeders sold her the ( WRONG STUFF) saying, these were healthy Good Dogs, and she sent the money in faith, to recieve a GOOD bill of Health, to end up with Poorly Yorkies. So Blame She should Blame, I dont see her stating anything bad about anyone EXCEPT, Stardust and WINDSORS, And in my OPINION these Reputal Breeders should be ASHAMED of themselves, selling an Indivdual sickly dogs, then putting the Blame on this Poor Woman. Im Glad I did my Home work, as Ms Hinkle and I went to her Vet and I am very impressed with all Ive been told and seen. Ive seen the DOG EAT DOG world of These Reputal Yorkie Breeders. Unfortunatly maybe Ms. Hinkle should have done more Home work or visited these Breeders first and not have been so trusting. Codos to the Good Breeders, whom did right by her and others. In viewing this last post, I contacted the victum AGAIN of these posts. In her DEFENSE...... 1. Kim never Blamed Heavenly Terriers for any such, wrongs. 2. As far as Stardust Kennel, She was EXTREMLY Elated of the COMING of the dog from Susan Harism, and in GOOD FAITH, sent her the money, for a HEALTHY GOOD Male CHAMPION, in which, the dog was any thing but, 5 different vets concer, with each other of she being sold a VERY SICK dog. Kim has trusted Paticular, PEOPLE,and been Taken. As for Simbas Pride I dont recall ever hearing her or saying these dogs were ugly.... In fact, In Good faith she purchased these dogs to find out later their Behavior, and medical issues. The 2 dogs that were bred did not have bad knees, and she had 2 litters from the 2 that were, healthy, and were from different breeders, that that paticular woman had bought her stock from.. I was shown all documentation to support these claims. As well as these dogs were spayed and givin away to, GOOD homes.As in speaking with Ms. Hinkle as I have inquired about her stock of Lovly Terriers, she read these posts and said it is clear whom ever is again posting these posts is stating she spends all her time at the Tavern, when in fact who in Illinois, would know any thing personal about her life style or Buisness. Again she States Whom ever is claiming, she has made certain statements about certain Breeders, is NOT FACTUAL, unless it came out of her mouth. And in deed there are the Un Fortunates, that GET OFF ON DRAMA, and pitting people aganist one another. The TRUE FACT remains, Ms. Hinkle did TRUST, and Spend THOUSANDS, to get GOOD HEALTHY DOGS< from what she considered Reputal Individuals. And in some cases was BURNT, and spent THOUSANDS on vet bills, from being taken. She claims, ( I just wanted Sound Healthy yorkies to better the breed,I LOVE these Guys) To in which,people whom have personal issues,(not dog Related) Are lying and stating these Horror puppy stories. I doubt Heavenly Terriers and My Elegant Paws have stooped so Low as to Become Dog Brokers. Really people Get a life. Ive seen the Documentation, to support the TRUTH and THE LIES... Like anyone who is SERIOUS and going to spend the time and money and COMMIT, to a Yorkshire Terrier, for its entire life, you will, spend a little time and energy to get the real facts, when seeing Negative remarks , when its CLEAR an Individual, has spent alot of Time money and LOVE, in their PASSION, for an Animal or Animals. I also have found in my search for my perfect fur Baby, Breeders who talk BAD about each other just to make that sale. HOW SAD....

Kimberly Hinkle from My Elegant paws/Meadowland Yorkies is not taking responsiblity for her actions. She has sold puppies with Luxating Patellas, and then blamed the breeder of the parents,She BRED... If you breed dogs with bad knees, don't blame them when you sell puppies with Bad knees, it is YOUR responsiblity, to produce a good product. She says she received puppies with Parasites, with medicine, and then resold the puppies without informing the buyers that they were sent with medicine, until after the fact. Not only is this classified as brokering puppies, it is irresponsible, to receive puppies, and then reselling them without first getting a clean bill of health from her own Vetrinarian. Then she blames the puppy's breeder for her own irresponsiblity. Then she purchases a dog, a champion, from Stardust Yorkies. She advertises him on her site as the most wonderful thing since sliced bread for months, and then suddenly, the tides turn, and Susan Harasim is the culperit, Again blaming someone else, Then Melinda's yorkies, not making good on breedings, who would know other than Melina and her, Wonder if that is even true? Then Simba's Pride, She states she sold her ugly dogs, and the were unsocialized, and then it is stated that she bred them all once, So she took unfit dogs, reproduced with them and sold the stock, Wonder what those looked like. Plus, they were adults, she already knew they were ugly when she purchased them. In some posts you see her seperating Meadowland Yorkies and My Elegant Paws, but on Yorkie Talk Forum, she clearly admits to being Meadowland Yorkies. This has red flags all over it. Now with purchasing so many dogs from so many different people, then spending the bulk of everyday at the Historical place the Trapp, No wonder she isn't producing good dogs, and no surprise they have illness. How can she be doing what needs to be done, to sell a happy, healthy, beautiful dogs, especially, when Everything is Everyone Elses Fault? Remember breeders considering selling her a dog, If she is talking about them, She's talking about you, Take Responsiblity for your Actions..

In Viewing thes UN Truths about My Elegant Paws and Kim Hinkle I decided to Post My Knowledge. 1 I have done Lots of rearch on The Yorkie to find my Perfect baby, I met Ms. Hinkle, The run down Tavern ( The Trap) is her fiance, Establishment circa 1870 and now a Landmark, with the Historical Society, so lets not get cofused here. She has indeed had her Pups and an adult Champion stolen and is VERY leary of Stangers , as we all should be. In our MANY conversations, and meetings I was provided with all Documentation, and phone numbers I was provided with her vets and Mr. Raymond Antonucci Phone number, when she bought her CURRENT stock from him. Her site is as he put it Parquins West Coast ( The Best in The West) She had told me her 1st dogs came from Simbas pride in which they came in a van and met her in a MacDonalds Parking lot, I believe they lived in nevada she in California. She found out later the dogs had No social Skills and did All she could with the vet and giving them Love. 2 that came along were bred, she then Spayed and Petted them out for FREE to friends, so She WAS Ripped OFF. Then Generux ( melindas Yorkies) in Roseville sold her a Yorkie who she gave back due to being mis led, and the dog whom had a STARDUST Kennel back ground was mean and this dog, was un predictable, However, now this Breeder has not givin Ms. Hinkle a Replacement Puppy, and as I remember she paid for 4 breedings @ $700.00 and 1 took, I called her for the time frame and its been 2 years, in which she has never been able to get those breedings done, due to the woman is always unavaliable. The male is not out of the same lines as her dog she bought from this breeder. Then In caliing her to up date her on these VICOUS Lies Stardust Yorkies sent her a Sick Champion, in which she had to take a LOAN out for 7000.00 in vet bills,She told me the HORROR story on this Poor dog, which Susan Harsim Took her for. The Lies are from Women who have a personal problem due to the fact they were BANNED from her Better Halfs Eatablishment for BAD CONDUCT..... Well in viewing the Sad Pathtic Hurtful Posts on Here and Yorkie Talk, it is Clear Why They were BANNED. I know This Breeder KIm Hinkle to be A loving and Caring Breeder who Breeds for Betterment of the Breed. This is also her vets standing as well. I was Glad to hear she has legal Councel, now. There are 2 sides to every Story, and my Heart goes out to People who get Lied about on the internet, and Destroyed by some vindictive LOSER. Also she and Dawn @ Heavenly terriers have done Buisness and resolved any issues concering theit Buisness ventures together, and are on Good Standings, as she wanted that to be Clear........ I find it very Imature, Sick and DEMENTED, that these people Have Gone to these Lengths . And have No Yorkies Themselves. In My Opinion Grow Up and Look in the Mirror. I Know this breeder, and she stands for the Highest Ethics in breeding and to imprve the Breed of Yorkshire Terriers. It is Un Fortunate that a FEW Women ( Haters) Whom Know nothing about Yorkshire Terriers, or own Yorkshire terriers,or have purchased them from this woman have gone to these lenghths to DESTROY her Reputation, and her Breeding GOOD SOUND Dogs. I have talked with Ms> Hinkle at Great Lenghs and have seen all Documentation concering her Yorkies. As for her Lying on her pedigrees what a Joke this is. I have refered her to legal councel. In speaking with her I was provided her Vets information and followed up with that. I was in deed told She is a Very Loving and and Compasionate Breeder. The sad Un fortanate People who have no life and have a PERSONAL problem with Kim Hinkle , and are trying to Destroy her name and Using her dogs to ger back at her, when indeed these, deranged People need to find a new life, and move on. I went to this breeder's site (to my knowledge), and also looked up some puppy lemon laws, though I am unsure of how updated they are. First let me state that I would never sign that contract that I saw, as it is, personally (not speaking of the deposit part in particular, but alot of the rest of it). The contract I saw says the $500.00 deposit is absolutely non-refundable, BUT, you are entitled to pick another puppy. I would imagine if someone in this position submitted several forms for reserve (and kept copies) or however she does it, and had record of an adequate number of back outs on the breeder's part, a judge may consider it prudent to simply refund the deposit. So there is that option for folks to look into if they run into this problem. In this case, I believe the breeder resides in California, now, provided that she meets certain requirements, she must follow the requirements in her state. People in other states can check for similar laws if they run into these problems as well. I believe there are options for those whom have purchased puppies with hereditary or congenital defects (though patellas and some other things can be tricky) in the california guidelines, and I don't believe her contract would negate that. Buyers would also need to go after a breeder in their state I believe. So, read up on your laws, and consult an actual lawyer if you feel the need to do so :-), if you feel you have been 'swindled'. *Just my opinions*
