Complaint Review: My Gynecologist - Karl And Natalie Leibensperger - Spring Hill Florida

If they arent legit OBs or GYNS then how are they able to practice in hernando county?

I am inclined to believe the author of the original post. I used to live in Hernando County, and was a victim of Hitzman's shady practices as a judge. He is extremely corrupt and is in cahoots with other authorities in Hernando County to extort money from people, and I wouldn't be surprised if he was involved in fast-tracking foreclosures like the one I went through.

I am also inclined to believe that he targets certain groups of people, very much in keeping with the good ol' boy mentality that prevails throughout Hernando County. It is "Deliverance" by the sea.

In addition to my personal experiences, I have also seen his fancy footwork in action with other people I know. He is a big fish in a small pond, and a sociopath who needs to be stopped. The things he does would never fly up north in a bigger city, which is why I came to believe that Florida is little more than a corrupt southern state, stuck in the mindset of pre-civil rights oppression.

I hope this woman, and others like her, receive some sort of justice. The Internet at least offers a forum where one can post complaints when the corrupt practices of small towns do their best to stifle dissent of any kind.

My Wife has been going to My Gyno for years and we have never had a problem with a bill. Your story makes zero sense. First a Judge does not meet with either the Plantiff or Defendant. I have been involved with many small claims actions with the Honorable Kurt Hitzemann as the Judge and never once does he do mediation. He simply sends you in a room with mediators and if you work things out great, if not, he sets it for trial.

I think some of the problem may be the fact that you do not pay attention to what is really going on, Judges dont due mediation and Doctors do not bill you for visits that you dont have. Are you sure you did not see her other Doctor and because you didn't see Natalie you were upset by the bill.

Truth is you thought you had mediation with a Judge, maybe you felt like you should not pay unless you saw the Doctor herself? Just saying your story does not make any sense.

And trust me Karl nor Natalie do not "Purchase three to four houses per week"  just go online pumpkin and look at the tax records...... Grow up pay your bills and quit lying about people.

I too have been a victim of this office's unethical practices. I am not yet in litigation of this case, but was wondering if anyone out there has also considered a class action suit against My Gynocologist? On the clerks website there are at least 10 people that have been sued by this dr's office in the last few years. I will go into detail on my own complaint as to how we have been unfairly treated and how the cost of the visit was inflated to an unbelievable rate!

The Title SHOULD read Karl And Natalie Leibensperger AKA My Gynecologist ("self-claiming Gynecologist"), Spring Hill, Hernando County, FL, scamming local patients and Judge helping in Spring Hill, Florida... NOT: Karl And Natalie Leibensperger AKA My Gynecologist Hernando County being scammed by local "self-claiming Gynecologist" and Judge helping Spring Hill Florida (this was an error due to inputting information into a form that did not flow well)... but the story still hold true.
