Wow, the more I learn about this company/companies the slimier it gets. I too have been a victim of Harris Ditital publishing/Customer care dot com/Cyberspace to paradise, inc./jean harris(not a real person I've heard)/Net detective/others(will the real owner please stand up)Is this a vieled threat by the employee above? It sure looks like it. The question is not wether they honor their money back guarantee, it is why they mislead people to purchase their product in the first place. A guarantee does not forgive dishonest advertising. I've read somewhere that only 4% will bother to request a refund, and it is probably less because of the complicated process and the five page refund form. This is highly profitable for (dang, I'm not sure which name to put down, there's so many)

I spoke with Grayson Gold, CEO of Brand Interactives, LLC as well as Bill Horne of Carson Mail Depot. They have been extremely helpful in resolving this matter with MyPerfectCredit.com. First, neither Brand Interactives nor Carson Mail Depot have anything to do with MyPerfectCredit.com. This lead to both companies was an erronous lead provided by the Nevada State Attorney General's Office. I retract any and all claims made against either company and would ask Ripoff.com to remove the contact information for both organizations ASAP. If that is not possible, I would encourage all to no contact them. They have assured me that they are not involved with this organization. My apologies to both Brand Interactives and Carson Mail Depot and my thanks to both companies for their assistance in tracking down the owners of MyPerfectCredit.com

Harris Digital Publishing may in fact be the parent company of the entire operation. They are the owners of the "Clean Credit" system. Upon clicking on the link for Clean Credit, you can scroll to the bottom and they provide you with a link to MyPefectCredit.com There are no phone numbers, only a fax number on the website for Harris Digital Publishing. However, I was able to dig up a phone number 386-736-3881. This is the FIRST real phone number that I have been able to discover for this company. And it works too. I just spoke with John McGlamerie, Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada. Mr. McGlamerie gave extremely valuable information regarding MyPerfectCredit.com. First he told me that this company is under investigation. He has subpeoned several addresses and while he could not give me the details, he did say they now know that MyPerfectCredit is in Irvine, CA. The following websites are part of the same organization. Cleancredit.com Clearcredit.com I Spy Offers NetDetective.com Brands Interactive The people associated with this organization are Greg Ward, CA Aaron Jones, CA The company has ties in Chicago, IL, which happnens to be the same location as 1st Credit of America. Every address and all of the fax number and the phone numbers for MyPerfectCredit.com are all mail box services, fax services and answering services. The people that you talk to at the 877 number, have no idea what is going on. Mr. McGlamerie directed me to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov), with the Nevada State Consumer Affairs Bureau and to contact the California Attorney General's Office (www.ag.ca.gov) If those of you who have been scammed will do each of these things, California, Nevada and the Federal government will go after these guys.

I was reading your story and sounds a whole lot like mine....On mine a lady suggested that I go to www.bendover.com (sorry rip-off report) then go to power search. type in Fair Debt Collection Practices.
