Mychway Mychway.com Sold ultrasonic cavation device where website claimed warranty and refund if broken. Device is fake and doesnt work and they won't honor the warranty or refund policy.r
I purchased an ultrasonic cabbation device from mychway.com. Their website said there was a warranty as well as a refund policy which would include shipping if the device didn't work. 1st after being out of stock and asking for refund at least 10 times and the person lying to me they shipped the device anyway and then when it arrived it didn't work which was proven scientifically and they won't honour the warranty or their refund policy claiming the device works even though I had it tested in a lab and followed the procedure they have posted on YouTube to test the device.
I had paid through PayPal and PayPal said I could get my money back if I shipped it back yet because it was from China it costs $800 to ship back Is. Unfortunately the device cost me 860 so that doesn't help me at all. Clearly the company is a scam and steals peoples money.
