I thought this would help me lose a few pounds, but they were useless. After ordering the patches and using them for a week and a half, I called to send them back. There was ZERO cooperation on their end. I mailed back the leftover patches and still have not received my money back. They stopped payment processing on the monthly fee, so they acknowledge that I was not happy with the product. After countless calls - they NEVER mailed a refund or reversed charges. DON'T FALL FOR THIS CRAPPY COMPANY OR THEIR CRAPPY PRODUCT.
