This co said they were the site to renew license ane they are NOT. they charged me on line. false it is NOT what they said they were offering . they were offering me nothing but to steal money

That is a false accusation.
The site clearly states: mydriverslicense.org provides independent application assistance for official DMV forms and services, which may be available for free or at an additional charge through the official site or a local office.
Nowhere on the site do they claim that they provide driver’s license renewals. They claim to provide application assistance not renewals. It’s a lousy deal but you agreed to the terms.
