I am in the midst of my peak sales period for my home business, and all of the sudden things go haywire. Faxes don't go through, Faxes get confirmation and don't go through, faxes go through but the faxes are from a different company! That's right. I faxed an order to my vendor and he received a fax from an online Pharmacy (HIPA violation). So I get on the online support chat, and when my turn comes around, it tells me no agents are available. I try this several more times, same thing. So next I try calling, sit on hold for 10 minutes and get voicemail. Were any of my voicemails or emails returned? Nope. Basically they disrupt the lifeline of my business and others, in addition to violating the privacy of individuals. What do they do? Run and hide in the woods. Wow. What kind of customer service is that, and how in the heck did they get all these great customer services awards that they showcase on their web site? Must be bogus. Unreliable service that can cost you customers if you are a small business. And when things go wrong, they will just ignore you. As they say, you get what you pay for. Stay far away.
