MYIProduct, ESBI, Enhanced Services Billing, SCAM! They said I HAD to have clicked on the order button. I DID NOT. No one should ever be able to put anything on a phone bill without your permission! Internet
Found a charge ($14.95) plus .89 tax on our phone bill for something we did not order. MYIProuduct, Enhanced Services Billing. Didn't even know what it was until I looked it up on the internet. VoiceMail? Never used it, don't know how and don't need it.
Now I was lucky to be able to find all the information I need on the web before things got worse. I was told that a credit will take 1-3 billing cycles. I will be watching and let you know.
And to think I was probably signing up for coupons or something like that.
