Same story as the other reports. A charge of $14.95 for Trivoice and $14.95 for iMail appeared on my AT&T bill. I did NOT authorize these charges. I called AT&T and was told that they could do nothing about it; that they cannot deny a third party company their payment. I made it clear that we were being defrauded by this company and that I did not authorize AT&T to pay this company on my behalf. It soon became apparent that AT&T did not care and that they would do nothing to prevent fraud to their customers. I tried to call Trivoice and received an answering machine. If AT&T weren't a monopoly, you can bet they would have more concern for their customers. I am as angry with them as I am with the Trivoice. I cannot believe they are paying this company on my behalf without my authorization and knowing full well the charges are fraudulent. I am afraid I will have to cancel my local phone service to get this resolved.
