I checked my bank account today and realized that I had a charge for $1.00 and another for $29.95 and I didn't have a clue where they came from. Somehow this Credit Rating website obtained my information and charged my card. It is almost impossible to contact these people!Been trying for 2 days! It's gotta be a scam!!!

If you call them at 855-421-9615 you can get a refund right away.
Thats the number I used and it got me a refund the same day. They didn't argue or anything, so you shodul try that.
