Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I completed 2 assignments for this company. They said they would pay me $35 for the first assignment & I would be paid on the 3rd of the next month. I never got paid. I have emailed Jennifer numerous times and no response. Theres no way of calling this company so it was a waste of my time. This company is a scam. I also completed a 2nd assignment for the amount of $25 and i doubt i will be seeing that money either. This company needs to be shut down!

Wow, very unprofessional response.

This is what i get for working for this company. Also, I emailed the website numerous times and it took many many days for them to even get back to me. First email sent july 3rd, NO response, then july 5th two different times, again NO response. Lets see first assignment submitted on June 27th and was not told about having to complete an i-9 so All directions were followed accept the company did not inform me of having to get an i-9 done. Lets see, when did Jennifer finally respond to my emails? July 17th, "

Hi Toni,

I want to apologize to you for not getting back with you earlier regarding the emails that you have sent. I have been out of work sick for a while and I'm still working on getting caught up. :-(

Regarding your payout, I am forwarding the email that we sent to you on July 5th. As of today, July 17th, we haven't received any information from you, in order for you to be E-Verified, so that is why your payout has not been processed yet.

You did a great job for us and worked really hard so we want to be able to compensate you for that.

Once we have received the required information and you are everified, I can assure you that I will personally expedite the processing of your payout.

Thank you in advance for your understanding.

There was so much time that the company could have informed me about not getting paid until the i-9 was submitted bc i waited for my money for along time now. Awesome experience with this company. I have worked for many work at home companies and have never had so many issues, especially with rude responses on this site. Good luck with your company.

This is a matter of a person working and not reading the directions or instructions or not paying attention to the hours of operation

First, I would like to thank Ripoff Report for notifying me of this complaint. Thank You Ripoff Report.

Had Ripoff Report not emailed me, I would have never known about it.

You should know, we have been in contact with this person and are working on getting them paid. We will still pay her even though she filed a complaint that can never be removed. I wish she had not done it, but let's take a look at why she did file a complaint.

She didn't get paid on time. At least she thought she didnt get paid on time.

So, she emailed us three times asking where her money was.

She emailed us on Sunday the 3rd

She emailed again on Sunday the 3rd

Then...you guessed it, she emailed us again on Sunday the 3rd.

Then she filed the complaint with Ripoff Report.

It clearly states in the "getting started guide", which is our company training manual, that our hours of operation are:

Monday - Friday from 9am - 8pm EST

Maybe she didnt read the "getting started guide"? ...Well, she had to click a check box stating that she had read it from start to finish before we gave her an assignment. So, she can't say she didn't know that she was trying to contact us, when we weren't working.

Our instructions clearly state that we pay out on the 3rd day of each month. It also states that if the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday then the payouts are done the following business day.

July 2016, the 3rd is on a Sunday. Independence Day, a holiday is on Monday the fourth of July. Payouts went out on Tuesday, the 5th of July.

So, did she get paid on the 5th. No, she didn't get paid on the 5th.

Why?

Because we had emailed her earlier requesting some information that we needed from her to process her payout. We never heard back from her.

When we responded to the three emails she sent us on a Sunday, we asked her to send in the information we needed and we would pay her asap. All that happened before I was aware she had filed this complaint. So, in the end, there should not have been a complaint filed, she just panicked when she didn't get paid and no one would respond to her, on a Sunday.

By the way, today is Sunday and I'm having to deal with this on my day off!
