Complaint Review: Nadn - Oryan Management - Las Veges Nevada

I bought the NADN audit defense the fall of 2001 and decided to cancel but of course they strung me out past the 30-day guarantee by redirecting me to servile different people putting me on hold. I was contacted by the so-called "second in command guy" Mr. Ortiz. He told me because I did not respond within the 30 days I could not get the refund. The Audit defense was for 4 years at about $1400.00. After servile phone calls and being redirected and put on hold every time I called, I gave up. I was contacted by NADN the summer of 2002 the person I talked to was Ed Baker. I expressed my dissatisfactions about NADN in the way I could not talk to the same person or the run around I was getting. His reply to me was he would personally see I got the service I needed. After a 2 hr. phone call with Ed he convinced me to buy the MALLFORALL website that was a website to help the seeing impaired gain access to the mall. For $2495.00 I was to get $5000.00 and $5045.00 in tax credit. When I got the paper work from Oryan Management there was a promissory note for a web site called www.mallforall.com/60076 for about $7800.00. I Immediately called Ed Baker about my concerns with signing a promissory note and that I thought that the $2495.00 was all I was suppose to pay. His reply was the mall has to show value in order to get the tax credit and that the vendors in the mall would pay $2.00 toward the promissory note for every time someone clicked on their site that over an 8 year period this would pay the note off and also said NADN would buy back the mall at any time I wanted to get rid of it. So I signed. NADN did my taxes for the 2002 year and sure enough everything described in the previous paragraph about my taxes happened. This had profound impact on my trust toward NADN. Now that they had my trust I thought I could help the seeing impaired, make money on the web site and have a tax deduction. I could not see the problems that were to come. And come they did. Fall 2003 John Able with NADN called me to have modifications done to my www.mallforall.com/60076 web site for the seeing impaired. I told John that I only do businesses with Ed Baker. This is when I was informed that Ed Baker no longer works for NADN and if I wanted my disabled tax deductions for 2003 on my web site I needed to talk to him. In the discussion with John he said instead of modifying my web site that I should purchase at $2495.00 another site and get the same credits and tax deductions I got in 20002. So web site www.mallforall.com/07981 was created. Mid January Steve Shanks (phone number 702-860-6752) with NADN calls to make the same modifications to my web sites and said if I wanted to have this done for 2004 I needed to do them now because there would be a prorate on the credit and tax deductions the longer I wait. I told him that I was not in position to do the modifications at this time. Then creating a Corporation of my sole proprietor business came up. For $3995.00 he said he could have my business Inc. in Nevada where I would have the greatest tax advantages. I would get tax prep, business plan, legal advice, and here's the kicker, he would extend my membership of NADN till 2007. THE STING In March when I finally got the paper work back from NADN for Inc. in Nevada I was ecstatic to find that all I got was forms (I could have gotten on the Internet for $3.95) to fill out. They informed me that I needed to get my own legal advice to fill these forms out, that I had to file foreign Inc. in the state I was doing business in. Everything I was told was different from what I got. These guys are masters at dodging the refunds. And you have to ask me why I didn't get legal advice that's what they led me to believe I was getting from them. Remember we're just talking about NATIONAL AUDIT DEFENSE. Sounds kind of like a legal defense name doesn't it? But for whom?????? Yes you guessed it, for them I don't do business in Nevada but what I was told is I didn't have to do business there to get the tax advantage for my business any where in the nation. These people out and out LIED to me about their services. And the web sites are a shame. I talked to Bryan Ross (Oryan Management) and asked him why my sites looked different. His reply was we REMODELED them. At what cost to me is this remodel going to cost me? I asked. He said it would be free. Remember the $2.00 clicks per visit on the sites, no longer there. I get charged a quartile fee for my sites that doesn't sound free to me. I signed a promissory note but it was like signing a blank check for them to fill out the amount for what ever they want. There are no way the two sites I have will pay off. And when I confronted Bryan of my concerns on this fact, his reply was wait the 8 years out if you don't have them paid off Oryan Management would turn it over to collection and collect. Summary National Audit Defense / Oryan Management should be stopped in doing what they are doing to hard working honest people. If there is any help or a class action suite filled against these people I would like to be included.
