As far as I know, there is nothing you can do. I went on TV, channel 4 for New Yorks ask Asa Arrons, called BBB and dept of commerce, Attorney General. Apperently this co was able to keep operating because of the accepted lawlessness of Nevada, hey "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas". All parties told me they would eventaully be shut down and I most likely would not get my money back. 5000.00 later, I just accepted the feeling of being scammed and accepted the loos and moved on as an older and wiser human. I suggest stop knocking your head against the wall, lock all your notes in the attic and forget about it unless you get a call. Thank god I am not in trouble with the IRS because it never got to the point where I used it on my taxes. I talked to everyone possible , I was on TV, I called the radio station in NY 1010wins which advertises them, nobody cared nobody helped, it still hurts but I moved on. If anyone knows anything other, please also let me know. Good Luck. SL

I have called the bankryptcy court in Las Vegas and found out the last day to file a claim against NADN was October 20, 2004. Does anyone know if you were not notified if you can still file a claim or know of any other way to file a claim after this date. Thank you
