When my girlfriend and daughter when into get a notary done at the store the man who works at the store was smoking a joint out of the back door with little kids playing in the back of the building.
When she asked the lady who does the notary's how much it would cost per paper for a notary she was drunk and mumbeling 5.00 per paper. She ended up leaving and going to another store.
