I placed an order back in August from an online company who recently began using Naparex as a shipper instead of USPS (please keep in mind that prior to Naparex becoming the shipper, this online company had been prompt and professional in every way during 2 years of business with them, and I never had to wait more 10 days for a delivery. In comes Naparex and it has now been a month and I am still waiting for my delivery. What upsets me even more is that I have spoken with a customer rep at their national headquarters on three occassions, each time given a different promise regarding the timeframe of delivery of my package, none of which have come true. I was intially told during the beginning of September that they would guarantee delivery within 10 days...Didn't Happen. The second time I was given a specific date of delivery between the hours of 7 and 7...Didn't Happen. My third call, I was given an excuse why they were back logged and told all orders from the company I ordered from would be delivered by September 25th...today is the 25th...Still Didn't Happen. Now mind you that I have called the online company I ordered from and they say they have been bombarded with calls from many other disgruntled customers such as myself. I simply expect Naparex to honor their contract with their businesses and get what is promised to the customer.
