I ordered some merchandise on 18th September 2010. Today is 24th October. I havent seen the merchandise yet. I contacted the merchant, who told me their records show that NAPAREX received my merchandise from the merchant on 20th September 2010. They also told me that NAPAREX had promised to deliver the merchandise in four weeks.
The NAPAREX website promises National Same Day Delivery Services, from Direct Package Delivery to Overnight Parcel Delivery.
I have tried to contact NAPAREX by telephone and by email several times per week., with no result. The phone rings 40 times and no one answers. AT&T's national directory has no record of a telephone number for NAPAREX or for National Parcel Express.
Today I tried again. The voicemail message said, "The viocemail box is full and can receive no more messages." I think that NAPAREX is a fly-by-night fraud. I am not the first to complain about NAPAREX. Can we get a punitive class action suit?

They are a new company and taking on alot of business, I have had 2 deliveries from them, it takes around a month. They arent a fraud. The business I order from that uses them to deliver told me it will take about a month, and it did.
