Napleton's Jupiter Dodge Bent both ends of the driveshaft on our 2003 Dodge Van while servicing! Jupiter Florida
The Napleton's Jupiter Dodge service department bent both ends of our driveshaft on our 2003 Dodge Van and would not pay for the repair! (New driveshaft and universals) Their mechanic had tightened the ends of the shaft in a vise in order to replace the univesals and tightened the vise so tight it bent the shaft! "They told us that they would just not take care of the problem that they had caused."
Cost us almost $800, even though we have a 7 year warrantee still in effect! We took the vehicle to two different mechanics who agreed that the driveshaft needed to be replaced due to the vibration caused from being bent. One of the mechanics was at another dodge Dealer. They are the ones that made the repair! The Dodge corporate office told us "to take it to another Dodge Dealer, (Dealer # 3) maybe they would make the repair without cost to us."
""And told us, not to tell them how the driveshaft had gotten bent"". We decided to remain honest, and, paid for the repair ourselves!
