Nate Lenz havc Left 2 bathroom remodeling jobs incomplete. Promised elderly woman accessible shower toilet, left an empty gutted room. 14464 New York
Kaye Lenz works on the side from a hvac company in Rochester NY. He agreed to work on my elderly parents home, wrote out several estimates . He did some of the work such as plumbing that would support improvements.
However he took advantage of senior citizens and took full payment including all vanities, toilet,sink .
A total of about $6,000.00
He has not returned to complete work, or refund any of the money that was paid up front ,labor fees included.
He took advantage of senior citizens and will be answering legally in a court of law.
