Complaint Review: NATHAN D. CLARK MIAMI FL. ATTORNEY CORAL REEF LAW FIRM - MIAMI Florida

 I believe Nathan Clark is a bad attorney. Reminds me of a bad used car salesman. I hired him for a small job $2500. He didn't do anything. I am filing a bar complaint and writing the attorney general. He should be ashamed of himself.

Pierre/Nathan/Employee-on-behalf-of-Nathan, how foolish do you think the readers of this site are? Why suddenly would all these random and supposedly unrelated people come out of the woodworks to defend this character of questionable ethics Mr. Nathan Clark? Why would these people who in several cases per your posts haven't worked with or for this person in years feel the need to be doing searches for him to defend him? Does that make any sense? Furthermore two separate posts were made by two "separate" people (Jeanne and Peter) except both usernames happen to be Peter??? Thats what I call an EPIC FAIL!!

I implore the reader to apply a little common sense as to the motives of such supposed random posters and also ask that u ask yourselves if it is ethical that an "employee" Carmen take to a public page and divulge information about a person she believes is a present client and then writes inflammatory and condescending remarks about this person that are intended to incite this person and also reveals what should be private and confidential information if this is a CURRENT client per her ranting post. What motive would she have if she actually works for another office and his no reason to be so angry and hostile? I think the answer is obvious...because she either IS Nathan or is his secretary. I didn't know trolling these types of pages was part of the payroll!!

In closing, I suggest that anyone looking for a good decent and HARD WORKING lawyer use the evidence presented here and also use your discernment of the motives of these random posters suddenly popping up and also the tone that his supposed employee chose to take with a supposed client and do the math. The irony of all of this is from what is plain to see is that this is a man PAID to defend others and so far he is doing about the most mediocre and pathetic job of defending his own name.

Hey Pierre, you should have logged out of your fake profile as "Leyla" the former employee before posting this rebuttal because your true identity is listed under the Author section.  Same thing goes for Peter the co-counsel that later posted as Jeanne Hellerman but forgot to logout as Peter so the name is on display as author on that post too.  Pretty pathetic, not to mention obvious who the true authors of these posts are. 

Mr. Clark has represented me for ten years and represents me now. His counsel has always been excellent, professional and he has gone beyond the call of duty by becoming a dear friend as well as my lawyer. The fact that someone would make a negative post, anonymously, shows that it is a baseless post and done maliciously.

Carmen, I am the sister of the individual that u ever so professionally just suggested she seek professional help. Do you respond so angrily and passionately to anyone that has an opinion that is less then favorable to your "employer"?

What I find most laughable about your comment is the fact that you expect my sister and the readers to believe that the Miami office was so impacted by A CLIENT showing up unannounced (OH GOSH, THE NERVE!) that they had to immediately gossip this utterly irrelevant information to the Key West office so that they can then do an internet search for his name and defend his honor..lol. You then claim you would have had this person arrested???? Only the actual person involved who is angry that he got called out for his complete incompetency would have that kind of ridiculous reaction. So Carmen, or should I say Nathan, go back to doing what you do: making a clown of yourself while trying to milk your clients for every penny they have while you sit idle basking in your self diluted cynicism. 

Perhaps it is you and your mickey mouse con artist employees that can benefit for treatment for your borderline personalities. I also hope they stop distributing law degrees in Crack Jack boxes where you got yours Nathan (aka Peter, Jeanne, Leyla and Carmen).

By the way, Carmen/Leyla, you are calling the author an emotionally unstable woman but your super sleuth detective skills are failing you, they are named FATHER FIRST so by most people's standards fathers are men.  It seems like much like your employer you lack knowledge and professionalism.  It's no wonder you work for him. 

It's funny how this post was written two years ago but an employee has taken it upon themselves to assume who the author is.  If you actually took the time to  read the post you are replying to you may have noticed that.  Funny how suddenly after several years there are all these fans of Mr. Clark jumping to his defense.  Oh and a co-counsel and client posting back to back with the same name.  Carmen you should spend more time working and less time assuming.  Oh right, you probably don't have much to do at Mr. Clark's office. 

?I work for Nathan Clark now.  I know who you are and I understand you are mad because you dont want to pay your bill. I was told by the Miami employees that you came to the office, without an appointment, and stood on the sidewalk screaming. If you had done that in Key West we would have had you arrested.  Seriously honey, get some professional help. 

Nathan represented me two years ago and I was completely satisfied with the outcome.  I would call him again in a heartbeat and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney with integrity. . . not easy to come by these days.

My name is Peter and I have had the pleasure of working with Nathan on many cases when I was practicing in Miami, Florida. 

He was always professional.  He cares about his clients and works hard for them. 

To the best of my knowledge Nathan has been practicing for many years in the State of Florida.  That being the case, and there being only two people unhappy, I'd say you're doing a h**l of a job Nathan.  Keep up the good work.

I find it to be a little disrespectful of others' opinions to think you can dismiss their experiences because you worked for him and liked him.  My personal experience with him was quite negative and his treatment of myself and my case was sub par to say the least.  Be glad you worked for him and were not represented by him or you might change your tune.  I have witnesses that can attest to his lack of professionalism.  If he was such a wonderful person to work for you'd still be working for him. 

To the Complainers: First;  learn to read and follow instructions, such as: "DO NOT use all capital letters, it makes it hard to read."  Second, learn to spell.  Last, but certainly not least, noone is happy with their lawyer if the results they hoped for is not obtained.  I've known Mr. Clark a long time; he does not lie, he does not divulge confidential information and he tries his best for his clients.  I've seen him display incredible patience and tolerance with clients who disrespect him, his staff and who obviously need to have their medication adjusted.

Nathan Clark is by far the most unprofessional, ignorant, poorest excuse for an attorney I have ever worked with.  If you are looking for an honest attorney that will work in your favor, DO NOT hire this man.  I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.  He will use your personal and confidential information against you and has no regard for his clients or their time.  I thoroughly regret ever wasting my hard earned money on his "services".  Do yourself a favor and do not hire this man unless you want to throw away your money and waste your time.
