National 50 Real Estate Lending Company Received a $3500.00 "Retainer" refused to return it, claimes "you should have read the disclaimer". Total deceit and incompetence in the mortgage world. Charlotte North Carolina
December 23, 2008 agreement letter to my client outlining terms and conditions of letter of interest requesting a $3500.00 "retainer" under fees.
January 7, 2209 letter from National Fifty verifing to my client that "National Fifty has been engaged to provide a commercial mortgage loan"
Very little communications after that point of receiving the $3500.00 "Reatiner", but lot's of excuses. End result no loan, no comittment, just a parting word from Nick Satel which was "read the Disclaimer.
Jennifer and Nick, what a pair. "Infinate Possibilities, Extraordinary Results", that should be cast in stone.
North Carolina authorties have been notified.
