This company called my cell phone the other day asking for someone I did not know. I said I didn't know who it was. The representative said I was lieing. I spoke to a supervisor, "Mr. Ward". He said I had a debt and wanted the money. He said he would garnish my wages and start to call my employer at home. I asked for the lawyer working there. Mr. Ward said it was Paul Alabki. Sorry, there is no lawyer listed in the New York Bar association with that name. This is a scam company! If anyone knows how to deal with this, I would like to know.

Here is a link to BUD HIBBS http://www.budhibbs.com/index.html he is a man that has all kinds of data on these and other collection agencies on his page on the left side scroll down and you will see agencies in a maroon banner click it go to this collection company your having problems with. Secondly do a cease and desist letter to this collection company stating not to contact you since you are not the right person. Send by return receipt mail. THEN contact the federal trade commission on line and report them, then send a letter to the New York Attorney general as to their harassment this should clear things up Mark
