Ok, so this morning I was checking my voicemail and I received a call from a Richard and a Dennis Peterson threating to take legal action against me. At first I was like what in the world is this? So, I called the number back and "Dennis Peterson" stated that NAPS was in the processing of filing legal action against me for internet fraud/federal and local bank fraud etc. So, of course I reacted in an unprofessional manner and told him that he needed me to send the information in the mail and even threatened to send the subpena to the Human Resources at my job. So I told him to go ahead and he hung up on me. So, I called back and was like what happened and he stated that he hung up on me. So I told him to send me the "form" to fill out and he did. First off, he spelled my name wrong. Second, anyone who has enough sense will know that you do not fax over an authorization with your account information on it. I have what I need and I will file a complaint from California to where ever they are located.



I hope these crooks get caught. They have got themselves in a world of trouble with me.
