I was talked into buying a one-year membership by a quick talking telemarketer. I bought into the program because of the money back guarantee.

Shortly after joining I was asked to mail my past years taxes for evaluation and soon after I was contacted by a personal liaison. The liaison assigned to me (Ms. Perez) could not speak English very well, however, managed to say that there was nothing she could do for me because my taxes were too simple. (I've always used the EZ form). I asked to speak to a different liaison because I questioned her advice. After enduring an unbelievable ruse (that I won't get into) I asked to speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor told me another liaison would be assigned within a few days. After a week or so I tried many times to reach a liaison and was always greeted by rude and unprofessional behavior. It seemed that nobody knew where to direct my call because I didn't have a personal liaison.

Months later I was contacted by Evie a customer resolutions manager. She sympathized and seemed genuinely surprised at my experience with NADN. I told her I simply wanted a refund, as was the guarantee. She agreed that I didn't receive the service I paid for and was entitled to a refund. However, I had to wait one full year because it was company policy. That full year has come and gone and I can't reach anybody of importance with in the company. Company policy has changed and a supervisor cannot be reached directly. Another rude employee told me that if I had a complaint I was to fax client resolutions. I've faxed three letters and have called many times to no avail.
