Richard, you are one of the very lucky few who got away from NADN unscathed. Some of us didn't catch on until way too late to stop credit card or bank payments, and are in to these monsters for thousands--and now in trouble with the IRS. I am sorry a founder committed suicide. I'd have liked to confront him with the harm he has done to my family! Now I know what the Enron folks must have felt like. There is no hope for most of us to recover our funds. I'm so glad to hear at least ONE victim has recovered their money.

Filed a dispute with my credit card company. The fee that NADN would not refund has been refunded by my credit card company. Understand that NADN has filed CH. 7 and that one of the founding members has commited suicide. Too Bad. What goes around comes around.
