This company also goes by the name Dealer Services. They're HQ'd out of St Louis MO and I believe they may have an office in Tennessee. Calling from across state lines to solicit business with a recorded message is illegal, first of all. What you have to do is call your State's Attorney General, or Missouri's state attorney general and file a complaint that they are not honoring your request to stop calling, and that they are calling across state lines to solicit business with a recording. Then, if they continue, take your phone records and claim damages of up to 10k.
