I was contacted by phone after applying online for a cash advance. I was told i qualified for a credit card with a $6000.00 line of credit including cash advances with a 6.9% intrest rate. but it was all lies. no $6000.00 line of credit was ever going to be available to me at any time. but i had to pay $200.00 payment in order to activate the card and the would issue me $300.00 worth of pay vouchers which i could then spend as a payment on my account. but nothing ever showed up in the mail. I called them 2 days prior to the date they were supposed to take the money from my account and changed the date because I had still had not received anything in the mail. my date fell on a friday so on monday when everything from the weekend went through my account was debited with out my permission and caused 3 transactions to bounce and cost me an additional $105.00 in fees from my bank I have disputed all of this including faxing a letter to their "Review Board" as well as through my banking instution I will get my money back but it's going to take a few weeks in the mean time my account is tied up and my part time job paycheck which is on auto deposit will be all used up and I have nothing to live on for 2 weeks until I get my monthly social security check. today my account is overdrawn by $297.21 I would like very much to be apart of any lawsuit or any thing else that makes this company's life miserable as they have done to me.
