National China Electronics Imp. & Exp. Company Yoiyo Shinda I paid him money, and he refused to send me the item i paid for nor return me my money. FRAUD Guangzhou, Internet
i contacted a guy last month by the name of Yoiyo Shinda, who said he is sales manager in a chinese company for Dj Equipment. i did not like the idea that they accept western union only, i was scared of it. i left him for a few days looking for another company that uses PayPal or Escrow, and found NONE!
He called me every few days to ask how am i doing and what is going on with the payment, he seemed to be a very nice guy, a one you can trust.
i told him i want to try one of his items (just so i know he is not fraud and i will not lose all my money) and he accepted my request and i paid him (by western union - STUPID MISTAKE - DONT EVERY PAY BY WESTERN UNION) $129, a few hours later (after he cashed the money) he sent me an email telling me the shipping cost is too high and he will not pay for it (thats after he said i get FREE SHIPPING!) than i told him it is not fair, i asked him to either return my money or send the item or send me another item that has the same value, and hat is small enough for free shipping.
HE REFUSED TO DO ANY OF THOSE!
BECAREFUL OUT THERE!
You won't see me using Western Union again...
