Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I received an offensive "Final Notice" letter from this company, threatening to send me to a collection agency if I didn't pay for the last quarters I received, which was a full year ago. (I thought this was rich, since THEY are the ones who apparently fell off the face of the earth. Also, I had never received any other notices!) NCM had been charging my credit card automatically, so I was not aware that I owed them anything. But I was happy to at least get a working number from the letter! I had tried unsuccessfully to find a working phone number, and by searching the Internet, I found this site.

Anyway, when I called the number, which is 800-541-7817, I was told that the American Historic Society had taken over from the now out-of-business National Consumer Marketing (I thought they were one and the same, so don't know if this is a ruse or not), and that they are now trying to complete the quarter collections of their customers!

I told the customer rep that I was missing six sets: one from 2007, and all from 2008. She assured me that they would start to arrive in 4 - 6 weeks. I'm skeptical, but at least this number works (at least, for now)!

An American Historic Society's customer service rep told me that I could expect to receive another set of quarters in 4-6 weeks. and sure enough, they arrived!
