 National Consumer Marketing-American Historic Society colorized State Quarters Program paid inadvance -no warning -stop sending my last 10 states to complete set. My uncompleted set is in a safe still waiting to be completed.

           Was told they would ship me my last ten states. They only shipped me the 10 plastic sleeves and a binder they go into. Phone was disconneted .

           I feel ripped off and cheated out of completing my set. Now what happens?
