National Dealer Warrenty Lying theifing raciest mother f**kers a**holes Saint Peters Montana
I purchased an extended warrenty on my vehicle for 2 grand from National Dealer warrenty, Never used it but bought it for piece of mind. Yesterday I started having engine trouble and went to the dealer, they send a represenitive from the national dealer warrenty to go check something. The guy called me and asked me for copies of bills from when I took it in for a oil change, and I told the guy man I dont have those anymore my wife throws them away, the guy said your warrenty is now vold and hung up on me. So I was like wtf 2 thousand dollar warrenty I never used my f**ken a**. So I call customer service and asked the lady what is going on, and she said I dont know let me transfer you. So here I am with the d**n bullshit commercials of there false promises for 20 minutes. Then this guy who calls himself a supervisor said your warrenty is void you never took your car in for a oil change from a service shop you did it yourself, and I asked the guy well how you know that you stalking me and he said your a mexican right I was like correct but what does that have to do with the time of day and he was like enough said your contract is void. I told him nonscene I paid 2 grand never used it fine send me a refund. He said no no refunds no cancellations your contract is void I asked to speak to his supervisor and he became very irate and called me everything in the book from a to z including racial slurs. Now when I call they send me to the same guy who is a complete d**k and hangs up.
