Called NGOA on1/4/2016 for refund of $38.60. Rep said she canceled order and refund in 3-10 days.  Called back on 1/18/2016, spoke with Gabriel. Was informed that order was not canceled and that he would cancel and put in order for  refund of $38.60.  Next day, 1/19/2016 NGOA deducted another $38.60.  Called same day, spoke to Sarah, she ordered a refund of all monies but it would take 10 days.  To me this made no sense.  They could take an additional $38.60 the day I called back, they coiuld refund my money just as fast. 

Called 1/25/2016, spoke with Rep, Kamia.  She read me the usual song and dance about the order.  I asked her multiple times about the refund but she still insisted on reading me the song and dance about the order.  Finally I asked to speak to a Supervisor.  Spoke to Lee Kelly.  He tried to make me feel better, but he too said I would be refunded all monies ($73.20), but it would take 5 days.  I told him it only takes a press of a button to refund my money, and I have been waiting since 1/4/2016. 

I repeated to him the action of talking to them on 1/18/2016 and a deduction was taken out on 1/19/2016, and that I have a deduction coming out on 1/27/2016, and it they will refund for an overdraft.  Of course he had nothing to say.  So I informed him that I would contact the BBB or Twitter, Facebook and any other social media to let the public know of their actions.  Mr Kelly replied, okay.

The membership came about with an additional $1.00 add on during your original purchase. If you have not been refunded as of yet please let us know so we can deal with the situation.
