Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I first tried to purchase online 2 sets of the G700 flashlights and batteries on December 19, 2015.  Then it was called to my attention on how many bad reviews this company had, so I decided to cancel the order.  I tried calling for 4 days and nothing but a voice mail they would get back to me.  Tried sending email and again, no repsonse.  Got my credit card statement and called the compay to reverse the charges, as I suspected I would never get the merchandise.  Credit card company reversed the charges on January 6, and I thought this would be all.

Never thought about this again until on February 5, 2016, I received a package from NGOA and I went straight to the post office and refused the box and returned it to NGOA.  Post office could not give me any verification that I was returning the box, so I took photos on my phone.

On February 22, 2016, I got my credit card statement and once again I was charged for the products i had returned.  Called NGOA and they said could not issue refund because it was in a dispute.  I clarified the dispute with my credit card company had been settled, so there should no longer be any dispute, except for NGOA to issue me a refund.

NGOA stated would call the bank and tell them I did return products and someone would call me, don't know how - never asked for my phone number - and would issue me a refund.  We shall wait and see....

Please do not ever purchase products from this company, their customer service is not prganized or professional at all.  I truly do not see how they can stay in business.

Hello,

When a dispute is filed your bank takes over the account. They give us the opportunity to show if we sent out the items or not. Once the dispute is filed we have the ability to respond. Once we respond they have to respond back to us in order for us to have the option to refund it ourselves. The bank takes over the entire account so all ability to refund is revoked until they respond to us. If the items were returned back to NGOA we would re-respond to the bank stating so and then they will either need to respond back to allow the refund option to appear or they will need to do it themselves. If the dispute is removed we have access to edit the account but not until then.
